Policy
- We ship via UPS.
- UPS requires a street address, and cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- We
offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed
by 3:00 p.m.).
- We strive to provide prompt shipping of all orders on the
next A.M. pick-up.
You will be notified by phone of any
delays.
- We
currently only ship within the United States.
- The following table provides approximate charges for shipping.
Due to additional
fuel surcharges assessed
by UPS, actual amounts may vary slightly.
Most of our packages are less than 5 pounds.
Additional
charges may apply to oversized packaging. All
shipping charges will be quoted to each customer
over the phone prior to processing the credit
card transaction.

Wrapping
Free
gift wrap is available for all packages. Please let us
know when you place your order if you would like your package
wrapped. You can select from the following wrapping choices:
1) baby boy, 2) baby girl, 3) neutral baby, 4) older girl,
or 5) older boy.
We
will also be happy to write a personal message on a gift
card for you. Please let us know if you would like a personalized
gift card when you place your order.

Policy
When
you place an order with us, we request your name, billing
address, phone number, shipping address, credit card information
and email address. For your own security, please DO
NOT send your credit card information via email, as emails
are not considered protected. We consider this information
to be private, and we only take billing matters over the
phone.
